Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Multi Trader for a permanent position in the Bristol/Cardiff area. You will perform maintenance on domestic properties, including carpentry and basic multi-trade tasks, with no weekend work and a standard 08:00–16:00 schedule. A valid UK driving licence and experience in social housing are essential.

Van and fuel card provided; opportunity to join the call-out rota for extra earnings. You will use a PDA to manage and close jobs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have social housing/domestic experience.
• Carpentry and basic multi-trade skills (tiling, plastering, plumbing) preferred.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to use a PDA.

Responsibilities

Multi Trade - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Bristol - Cardiff

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per Annum

A Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. As well as carpentry works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trader are:

• Carrying out works on domestic properties


• Providing a high level of customer service


• Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs

Requirements of a Multi Trader:

• Must have a full UK driving licence


• Must have previous social housing experience


• Must have experience of using a PDA
