Job summary

United Living Group is seeking skilled Multi-Trades Operatives to deliver responsive repairs and maintenance for residential properties in partnership with housing associations across the UK.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering and painting tasks, with emphasis on quality service and customer communication. A valid UK driving license and own tools are preferred for field-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction or building maintenance industry with a proven track record.
• Diverse skill set enabling carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering, painting and related tasks.
• Responsible for repairs, maintenance, and renovation work.
• Assess problems and provide practical solutions across trades; troubleshoot efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients to understand needs.

Our Responsive Repairs division deliver critical repairs and maintenance works to residential properties in partnership with a number of housing associations across UK. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team of Multi-Trades Operatives to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes. You will have a good track record and relevant qualifications, ideally in a similar environment (contractor or client-side)

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with a proven track record in the construction or building maintenance industry
• Diverse skill set, proficiently to perform various construction and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, painting, and more.
• Responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, renovation work
• Assess problems and find practical solutions across different trades, making them valuable assets for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Able to work directly with clients, requiring good communication and customer service skills to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Uk driving license
• You will have your own tools
