Job summary

Bimplus in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a responsive repairs team serving Guildford and surrounding areas. You will perform day-to-day maintenance with a focus on carpentry and plumbing, supported by plastering skills, in occupied and void properties.

You will work independently or with a maintenance crew, deliver high-quality finishes, diagnose issues, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong background in carpentry and plumbing (bias towards these trades).
• Experience within social housing, responsive repairs, or domestic maintenance.
• Ability to work across multiple trades and deliver a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities

• Complete responsive repairs, maintenance and minor works across social housing stock.
• Deliver professional-standard carpentry, plumbing, and plastering tasks.
• Diagnose issues, carry out works efficiently, and ensure properties are left safe and tidy.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and represent the client professionally.
• Work independently or within a wider maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices.
