You will perform plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance work across a range of building services, with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing background with carpentry experience in general maintenance or multi-trade work.
• Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.
