Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a qualified Plumber to join a leading facilities provider. This permanent, full-time role covers Glasgow and the Central Belt of Scotland, offering a salary up to £38,000 DOE and a structured benefits package.

You will perform preventative maintenance, repair plumbing installations, complete paperwork for PPM and reactive works, and keep CAFM records up to date.

Qualifications

• A recognised industry qualification is required.
• H&S qualification (IOSH preferable).
• Trade qualified Mechanical/Plumber with post-apprenticeship experience desirable.
• Must have a full clean driving licence.
• Legionella awareness preferable.
• Asbestos awareness preferable.
• MEWP Licence preferable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM in accordance with the maintenance specification.
• Maintenance and repair of mechanical installations.
• Maintenance and repair of plumbing installations.
• Update CAFM system in real time.
• Ensure relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown works is passed to the contract administrator.

Plumber - Glasgow- Salary up to £38,000 DOE

CBW have a new opportunity for a Plumber to join a leading facilities provider. This role is a permanent full-time role working across Glasgow and the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification.
• Maintenance and repair of Mechanical Installation.
• Maintenance and repair of Plumbing Installations
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
• Update customers CAFM system in real time.
• Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.

Person Specification:

• A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
• H&S qualification (IOSH preferable)
• Trade qualified Mechanical/Plumber with appropriate post apprenticeship experience desirable.
• Must have a full clean drivers' licence.
• Legionella awareness (preferable - can provide training)
• Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential)
• MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
