Job summary

FM Search & Select Ltd are recruiting an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established Building Services business. This mobile role covers Glasgow and the wider Central Belt, carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, relevant plumbing qualifications and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experienced Commercial / Maintenance Plumber.
• Strong commercial maintenance experience.
• FM or Building Services background advantageous.
• Relevant plumbing qualifications.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Fault finding and remedial works.
• Maintenance of hot and cold water systems.
• Pipework, sanitaryware, taps, toilets and associated plumbing systems.
• Minor installations and replacement works.
• Liaising with clients and site contacts.
• Completing job sheets and service documentation.
• Managing your workload across a mobile commercial portfolio.

37-Hour Working Week | 1pm Finish Every Friday

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs

• Maintenance of hot and cold water systems

• Liaising directly with clients and site contacts
• Completing job sheets and service documentation
• Managing your own workload across a mobile commercial portfolio
