Job Title: Static Maintenance Plumber
Location: Saffron Walden
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary: 40-45k

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Static Maintenance Plumber to join our team on-site at a large commercial office building.

The Role:
Working as part of an on-site facilities team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance tasks, including reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance. You will help ensure the building's systems run smoothly and safely for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and emergency plumbing repairs

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

Assist with water hygiene tasks and compliance checks
*

Maintain records and communicate any issues to site management
*

Work safely and in line with health and safety regulations
