Job Description

Are you a skilled plumber seeking an exciting opportunity on a commercial site in the Saffron Walden area? Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team working on a large R&D site.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance.
2. Handle planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs efficiently.
3. Undertake minor project installation tasks.
4. Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

Package:

• Salary: Up to £40,000 to 42,000 per annum.
• Holiday: Generous 33 days leave.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
