Job summary

City Group Managed Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer / Plumber to join our maintenance team in the North West. You will perform gas fault finding, servicing and reactive repairs, plus general plumbing maintenance across commercial and domestic properties.

The role requires current Gas Safe qualifications, a UK driving licence and at least 3 years’ experience in domestic or commercial settings, including unvented hot water systems.

Qualifications

• Current Gas Safe qualifications required.
• A recognised plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• At least 3 years' plumbing/maintenance experience.
• Experience in domestic and/or commercial environments.
• Experience with unvented hot water systems.
• Full UK driving licence and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive maintenance across commercial and domestic properties
• Completing job sheets and reports accurately
• Communicating professionally with customers and clients
• Working safely and in accordance with current regulations
• Participating in a paid on-call rota

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per year.

Paid On-Call Rota: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

Location: North West.

What We're Looking For

• Current Gas Safe qualifications
