Job summary

Polyteck Group is seeking a Gas & Plumbing Engineer for our London team. This on-site role covers domestic and commercial systems, fault-finding, repairs, testing and commissioning, with a Monday–Friday pattern and 8:00am–5:00pm hours in the heart of London.

You will need Gas Safe registration, NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating, a full UK driving licence and proven domestic/commercial experience. Salary £55,000–£65,000 per year plus overtime and company vehicle, with several benefits and

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registered – Domestic & Commercial.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent.
• Proven domestic and commercial experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Carry out fault finding and diagnose system issues.
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works.
• Carry out testing and commissioning.
• Complete accurate job records and reports.
• Work in line with Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Liaise professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Gas Safe Registered – Domestic & Commercial

Desirable:

• Unvented Hot Water (G3)
• LPG and Catering Gas qualifications
• WRAS Water Regulations Certificate
• Knowledge of BMS systems
• Relevant Health & Safety training
