Job summary

City Group Managed Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer / Plumber to join our maintenance team in the North West. You will carry out gas, plumbing, heating and reactive maintenance across commercial and domestic properties, in a varied portfolio.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with a paid on-call rota and a salary of £38,000–£40,000 depending on experience. You will need Gas Safe qualifications, NVQ Level 2/3 plumbing, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe qualifications required.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' plumbing/maintenance experience.
• Experience in domestic and/or commercial environments.
• Experience with unvented hot water systems.
• Strong gas and plumbing fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Willingness to complete DBS check where required for client sites.

You’ll carry out a mixture of gas, plumbing, heating and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial and domestic properties throughout the North West.

• Experience with unvented hot water systems
• Strong gas and plumbing fault-finding skills
• A full UK driving licence
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Willingness to complete a DBS check where required for client sites
