Venn Grouphas been approached by an established Housing Association withinNorth Walesto recruit for aPlumberon atemporary ongoingbasis.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a similar role, ideally within social housing settings.

Key Duties Include:

• Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix plumbing on wet room adaptations

• Full installations of bathrooms

• Working on tenanted properties

• Fitting sinks and showers

• Welding and working withmetal piping(not push-fit systems)

• Repair work to ceilings, floor joists, stairs, partition walls, and T&G flooring

• Basic tiling and painting tasks

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong welding experiencewithmetal piping(copper or steel)

• Must have Own Van and tools

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

• CSCS Card

• Full UK Driving Licence
