Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is recruiting a Plumber for a full-time role based in Whatton, Nottingham. You will install, maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems, diagnose faults in hot and cold water services, and service sanitaryware, drainage and water storage equipment.

The position involves PPm and reactive maintenance, with a focus on meeting Water Regulations, Building Regulations and health and safety standards.

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems and associated pipework.
• Diagnose and rectify faults on hot and cold water systems.
• Carry out repairs to sanitaryware, taps, toilets, urinals, showers and drainage systems.
• Install and maintain boosted water systems, expansion vessels and water storage tanks.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
• Conduct system inspections and identify defects or improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Water Regulations, Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
• Complete job sheets, service reports and compliance documentation accurately.
