Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection - Construction Temps is seeking an experienced commercial plumber for 1st and 2nd fix work on a 4-6 week project in Altrincham. The role runs 7:30-16:30, with 9 hours billed daily under CIS payroll. Pay is £25 per hour and workers will be paid via Marvel Payroll.

Candidate must hold a JIB Card / CSCS, PPE and have proven experience on commercial sites, including copper piping, water pumps, heaters and sanitary fittings.

Qualifications

• Plumber with commercial experience on 1st and 2nd fix works.
• Must have JIB Card / CSCS and PPE.
• Available for 4-6 weeks starting 1st Sept.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial plumbing 1st and 2nd fix tasks on site.
• Install copper, water pumps, water heaters and sanitary fittings.
• Work 7:30-16:30 and log 9 hours per day via CIS payroll.

Plumber

I am looking for an experienced commercial plumber to do some 1st and 2nd fix works on a project starting on Tuesday 1st Sept.

HOURLY RATE : (£25) per hour

LOCATION : (Altrincham, WA14, Greater Manchester)

DATE COMMENCING : (Tuesday 1st September)

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : (4-6 weeks work)

HOURS OF WORK :

• (7:30 - 16:30)
• Book (9) hours per day CIS

JOB DESCRIPTION : (commercial building, some 1st and 2nd works, incoming main, 2 inch copper, water pump boosts, water heaters, sanitary works, toilet frames etc etc.)

REQUIREMENTS :

• Plumber JIB Card / CSCS
• PPE
• Tools
• CIS

PERSON SPECIFICATION :

• Can communicate
• Can work the allotted hours
• can work the full 4- 6 weeks
• Has experience on commercial works.
