Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection - Construction Temps is seeking an experienced commercial plumber for a 4–6 week project in Altrincham. Duties include 1st and 2nd fix works, copper piping, water pumps, water heaters and sanitary fittings on a commercial building.

Requirements include Plumber JIB Card / CSCS, PPE and tools. CIS payroll arrangement is used for payment; start date is Tuesday 1st Sept with payroll contact prior to start.

Qualifications

• Plumber JIB Card / CSCS is required.
• PPE must be provided and used.
• Tools for plumbing are required.
• CIS payroll knowledge is useful.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on a commercial project.
• Work on site in Altrincham and adhere to schedule (7:30–16:30).
• Assist with incoming mains, copper piping, water heaters and sanitary works? (as described)

Plumber

I am looking for an experienced commercial plumber to do some 1st and 2nd fix works on a project starting on Tuesday 1st Sept.

HOURLY RATE : (£25) per hour

LOCATION : (Altrincham, WA14, Greater Manchester)

DATE COMMENCING : (Tuesday 1st September)

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : (4-6 weeks work)

HOURS OF WORK :

• (7:30 - 16:30)
• Book (9) hours per day CIS

JOB DESCRIPTION : (commercial building, some 1st and 2nd works, incoming main, 2 inch copper, water pump boosts, water heaters, sanitary works, toilet frames etc etc.)

REQUIREMENTS :

• Plumber JIB Card / CSCS
• PPE
• Tools
• CIS

PERSON SPECIFICATION :

• Can communicate
• Can work the allotted hours
• can work the full 4- 6 weeks
• Has experience on commercial works.

Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
