Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Plumber for a short-term commercial project in Altrincham. You will carry out first and second fix plumbing works, including copper piping, water pumps, and water heaters, on a 7:30–16:30 day schedule.

Candidates should have a Plumber JIB Card / CSCS, PPE, and experience on commercial sites. CIS payroll is used for payment; duration is 4-6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Commercial plumbing experience required.
• CSCS/JIB Card or equivalent.
• Ability to work on a site for 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair copper plumbing in a commercial building.
• Handle first and second fix works, water pumps and heaters.
• Complete sanitary fittings and toilet frames on site.
• Maintain safety and adhere to site procedures and CIS payroll.

• Hourly Rate: (£25) per hour
• Location: (Altrincham, WA14, Greater Manchester)
• Date Commencing: (Tuesday 1st September)
• Length of Contract: (4-6 weeks work)
• Hours of Work: (7:30 - 16:30)
• Book (9) hours per day CIS

Job Description: (commercial building, some 1st and 2nd works, incoming main, 2 inch copper, water pump boosts, water heaters, sanitary works, toilet frames etc etc.)
