Job summary

CDD Services (Synchronicity Care Ltd) is seeking a plumbing maintenance professional to deliver comprehensive maintenance across Trust premises. The role covers planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and installations on plumbing, drainage and related mechanical services in clinical and non-clinical environments.

The postholder will work independently, interpret drawings, stay compliant with regulations, and respond to breakdowns using electronic work orders.

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installation works on plumbing, drainage and associated mechanical services.
• Respond to breakdowns and complete work orders using electronic systems.
• Undertake minor works projects and support other engineering trades as required.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications and maintain compliance with statutory regulations and healthcare standards.
• Provide a high-quality service within clinical and non-clinical environments.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive plumbing maintenance service across Trust premises. SCL is a wholly owned subsidiary of County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) set up to deliver a range of non-clinical services The company is separate legal body to CDDFT.
