Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Plumber to cover the Berkshire area. You will perform reactive plumbing repairs across occupied social housing properties, from quick taps to full bathroom works, while managing a busy workload.

Role details: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with 1-hour break; £23 per hour plus a company van and fuel. Temp-to-perm after 16 weeks, with a permanent salary of £36,000–£38,000. Full UK driving licence required (6 points or fewer); ADBS if needed.

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing experience.
• Social housing/occupied-property experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer.

This is a fast-paced reactive repairs role working acrossoccupied social housing properties, so you'll need to be comfortable managing a busy workload and dealing professionally with residents. As a Plumber, you will be:

• Strong plumbing experience.
• Social housing experience is preferred, but similar domestic maintenance experience will be considered.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• A background in reactive repairs and maintenance.

• A full UK driving licence with6 points or fewer.
• ADBS- if you don't currently have one, this can be arranged.
• Availability to start quickly.
