Amey is recruiting a permanent Plumber for HMP Lowdham Grange, Old Epperstone Rd, Lowdham NG14 7DA, to join our facilities management team on MoJ contract.

You will perform routine and non-routine maintenance, mains water repairs, fault finding, inspections and risk assessments, on site at the Nottingham area prison estate. The role offers 39 hours per week with shift between 08:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) with plumbing maintenance experience.
• Experience in operating light plant and routine maintenance on commercial sites.
• Legionella awareness and compliance desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence required for site travel.
• Experience in a commercial environment.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanentPlumber in HMP Lowdham Grange, Old Epperstone Rd, Lowdham NG14 7DA.

The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 08:00 - 16:30 Monday-Friday (15:30 Friday).

The base salary is between £30,866 - £36,135 dependant on experience.

What you will do:

• Routine and non-routine maintenance.
• Mains water supply repairs.
• Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
• Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
• Any other duties commensurate with the role.

What you will bring:

• NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance
• Experience in operating light plant
• Legionella awareness and compliance is desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in a commercial environment
