Job summary

MEP Technical Talent is seeking experienced plumbers for a new build housing project in Liverpool. Role focuses on 2nd fix plumbing, installation of heat pump cylinders, and ASHP systems for a 8-week contract starting immediately.

You will work on Alder Hey area site, with 40–45 hours per week and a £25.00 hourly rate, requiring own tools and CSCS/JIB-PMES card.

Qualifications

• Experience with 2nd fix plumbing and sanitary installations.
• Experience installing heat pump cylinders and ASHP systems.
• Valid CSCS/JIB-PMES card.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Available to start immediately.

Plumbers - New Build Housing - Liverpool

£25.00 per hour | 40 Hours per Week | Immediate Start | 8 Weeks Work

We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers for a new build housing development in the Alder Hey area of Liverpool.

The project is at second-fix stage and we require plumbers with previous new build housing experience who are confident carrying out a range of plumbing and heating installation works.

The Role

• 2nd fix plumbing installations
• Installation of heat pump cylinders
• Installation and connection of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems
• Installation of sanitary ware
• Bathrooms and associated plumbing works
• General hot and cold-water services
• Completing installations to a high standard
• Working from drawings and specifications

Project Details

• Location: Alder Hey, Liverpool
• Rate: £25.00 per hour
• Hours: 40-45 hours per week
• Start: Immediate
• Duration: Approximately 8 weeks

Requirements

• Previous new build housing plumbing experience
• Experience with 2nd fix plumbing and sanitary installations
• Experience installing heat pump cylinders and/or ASHP systems
• Valid CSCS/JIB-PMES card

• Able to start immediately or at short notice
