Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is recruiting a Qualified Plumber to support social housing maintenance across Lincoln and surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time role with a stable employer.

You will carry out reactive repairs, sanitary ware work, and routine maintenance in residents' homes, and you must hold City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent, plus a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or time-served equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience in domestic plumbing repairs, maintenance or social housing environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance and fault finding across domestic properties.
• Execute sanitary ware repairs and replacements, pipework fixes, radiator work and routine plumbing tasks.
• Perform routine inspections, water testing and remedial maintenance.
• Provide clean, efficient, and friendly customer service directly within resident's homes.

Are you an experienced, qualified Plumber looking for a stable, permanent role with a leading social housing provider? We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a dedicated maintenance team operating across Lincoln.

Main Responsibilities
