Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing maintenance within a commercial or institutional setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and fault finding.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Repairing and maintaining mains water systems.
• Fault finding and identifying equipment issues.
• Inspecting systems and conducting water sampling.
• Completing risk assessments and compliance checks.
• Supporting general maintenance tasks as required.
