INDCONSTRUCTION in Lincoln is seeking a Plumber to join a stable facilities team. The role offers structured hours, ongoing development, and a long-term position with clear progression.

The successful candidate will perform routine and reactive plumbing maintenance, fault finding, and water system inspections, with a weekend rota and access to ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating.
• Experience in plumbing maintenance within a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems and fault finding.
• Legionella awareness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Repairing and maintaining mains water systems.
• Fault finding and identifying equipment issues.
• Inspecting systems and conducting water sampling.
• Completing risk assessments and compliance checks.
• Supporting general maintenance tasks as required.
