We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumber to join a busy team delivering plumbing and mechanical installations on new-build student accommodation projects. This role involves working on-site to install, test, and commission plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install hot and cold-water systems, soil and waste pipework, and sanitaryware

Carry out first and second fix plumbing in bedrooms, en-suites, kitchens, and communal areas

Work from mechanical drawings and specifications

Ensure all installations comply with current plumbing regulations and site health & safety standards

Liaise with site supervisors, fellow trades, and contractors to coordinate smooth project delivery

Pressure test and commission systems as required

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)

Valid CSCS or JIB-PMES card

Experience on large-scale residential or commercial builds, ideally student accommodation

Competent in reading and working from technical drawings

Own tools and PPE

Reliable, professional attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
