Job summary

A leading construction services provider is seeking an experienced Plumber/Pipefitter for a full-time position in Leicester. The role involves ensuring high customer service standards and carrying out various plumbing works. Requirements include a valid CSCS card, NVQ in plumbing, and the ability to work independently and away from home. Competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus benefits such as a company van and holiday days.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• GAS SAFE qualification available for interested candidates.
• NVQ level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in plumbing or time served is required.
• IPAF certification would be beneficial (training available for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service standards are met.
• Carry out a wide range of work to a high standard.
• Attend responsive repairs and diagnose faults.
• Support and cover for other engineers.
• Liaise with customers regarding work.

Plumber / Pipefitter – Gas Safe | Leicester based – Lodging required most of the time| Full Time | Monday to Friday | Up to £70,000 + Bonus's + Company van and electrical tools provided

In line with their continued success our client, a leading provider of construction, mechanical and electrical, and shopfitting solutions, is seeking an experienced Plumber / Pipefitter.

Role Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team you will ensure that you meet Customer service standards and reasonable expectations.
• Carry out a wide range of work dependent on demand, to a high standard and ensuring high levels of productivity at all times.
• To attend responsive repairs, diagnose faults and undertake remedial actions.
• Provide support and cover to other engineers and participate in the “out of hours” service provision duty rota.
• Liaise with despatcher for appointments, access and work details as necessary; Liaise with customers to arrange access arrangements and to discuss works.
• Work independently from drawings with minimal supervision
  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• A valid CSCS card is required
