Job summary
Skilled Careers is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join our client on a static site in Lincoln, delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance across plant and equipment.
You will document work, follow health and safety procedures, and support improvements on site. The role runs 8am–4pm with overtime, on-site parking and tools provided. Excellent rates on offer.
Qualifications
- Qualified plumber with maintenance experience.
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance documentation and record work accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the site.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on plant and equipment.
- Assist with building inspections and emergency lighting tasks.

Job description
Our Client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to join their team to work on a Static site in Lincoln carrying out PPM schedules on an ongoing contract.
- Completing maintenance documentation and ensuring work is accurately recorded.
- Ensuring all engineering activities comply with health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the site.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across a range of plant and equipment.
- Building Inspections & Emergency lighting
- A recognised Plumbing Apprenticeship or Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
- Experience working with preventative maintenance systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Plumber with maintenance experience who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.
