Progress Housing Group is seeking a Plumber to join the Property Services team in Leyland. You will perform a wide range of plumbing repairs, void reinstatement, planned maintenance and installation work across our homes and properties.
The role requires a recognised plumbing qualification, strong health and safety knowledge, and excellent customer service. You will manage materials, follow stock procedures, and participate in out-of-hours rota for emergencies.

The role As a Plumber in our Property Services team, you will carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs, void reinstatement, planned maintenance and installation work across our homes and properties.You will complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard, making sure repairs are delivered with care, quality and respect for our customers and their homes.You will manage materials responsibly, follow agreed stock and stores procedures, and work in line with relevant health and safety requirements, building regulations, codes of practice and risk assessments.You will communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, keep appointments, respond promptly within agreed timescales and take part in the out of hours operative rota for genuine emergency repairs.
