Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mechanical Plumber to join our Aberdeen team. The role covers maintenance of pumps, motors, valves and cooling towers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering reliable plant operation on site.

The successful candidate will be NVQ Level 2/3 time-served, with hands-on experience, and will work 7.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday, travelling around Aberdeen to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Pumps, Motors and Valves.
• Experience operating Cooling Towers.
• Solid understanding of health and safety obligations in maintenance work.
• Time served plumber with NVQ Level 2/3.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance on Heating & Air-conditioning plant and associated systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure plant remains in serviceable order.
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive works as required.
• Present a professional image of CBRE Managed Services to clients and visitors.

We are recruiting a Plumber to join our team in Aberdeen!

Role Summary

• Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all Heating & Air-conditioning plant
• Ensure that Evaporation Cooling Systems and Domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 standard.
• Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.
• To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to other site plant as required.
• Ensure a professional image of CBRE Managed Services is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.

The successful candidate will be a Mechanical Plumber who is proficient in various disciplines, capable of handling a range of maintenance and repairs on-site. Their responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, conducting repairs across different systems, and ensuring smooth operations on site.
