Job summary

Qualifications

• Around 3 years' PQE in property or commercial law.
• Enthusiasm for residential development and property work.
• Strong communication and proactive, commercial mindset.
• Confidence managing matters with supervision.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle plot sale transactions from reservation to completion.
• Support housebuilder and developer clients on residential projects.
• Draft and review legal documentation accurately.
• Build relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders.
