Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales.
• Up to 3 years' PQE.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Enthusiasm to develop expertise within residential development and plot sales work.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Managing plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion.
• Supporting national and regional housebuilder clients on residential development projects.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Drafting, reviewing and progressing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the transaction process.
