Job summary

Convatec is establishing a new Manchester facility as part of its R&D expansion, blending analytical research, quality control and regulatory capabilities. The PLM Program Manager will own the business-side delivery of the PLM transformation, ensuring Teamcenter and Polarion connect to a digital thread delivering measurable business benefits across product development and quality systems.

This role collaborates with IT, process owners and external partners to align master data, BOM, DHF

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Information Systems, Business, Quality or related discipline.
7+ years in program management, project management, change management or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience in medical device, life sciences or regulated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead business-side PLM transformation program, roadmap management and benefits realization.
Govern IT-enabled implementation with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Define governance, data ownership and process ownership across PLM.
Drive adoption, change management and value realization measures.
Coordinate integration across Teamcenter, Polarion, SAP and other systems.
