Job summary

You will provide training, assist with implementations, deliver technical support, and manage customer site visits. Responsibilities

• Promoting and supporting our Precision Land Management (PLM) solutions to customers.
• Providing field-based training, support, and advice on PLM products and technology.
• Assisting with the implementation and setup of PLM systems on customer machinery.
• Offering technical support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Delivering our RTK drone mapping service, helping customers achieve accurate data and results.
• Staying up to date with the latest PLM updates, innovations, and best practices.
• Travelling regularly to customer sites across our territory, representing Lloyd Ltd professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in a similar role, or an agricultural machinery background/understanding.
• Possesses strong IT skills and interest in PLM.
• Has excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Can prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Hours
