Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a PLM DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain pipelines, environments and automation that support PLM delivery from development through test, UAT, staging and production. You will work with PLM architects, configurators, developers, testers and security teams to ensure changes are repeatable, traceable and auditable across environments.

The role focuses on Siemens Teamcenter, NX and related digital engineering services, with a strong emphasis on deployment

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise or complex programmes.
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or similar.
• Git-based source control, branching strategies and release baselines.
• Automating infrastructure or deployments using scripting and IaC tools.
• Ability to promote changes across multiple environments with auditable evidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain pipelines, environments and automation frameworks.
• Ensure pipeline reliability, environment stability and repeatable releases.
• Collaborate with PLM architects, developers, testers and security teams.
• Support Teamcenter/NX/PLM integrations and deployment promotions.
