Atlas Copco Group seeks a PLM Capability Manager to define and develop PLM capabilities for the Semiconductor SUN Division. You will lead the PLM roadmap, governance, and data standards, ensuring effective integration across enterprise systems and digital twin initiatives.

You will report to the Advanced Engineering Manager in Clevedon, UK, and drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and capability development to mature PLM across global R&D activities with hybrid work options.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the PLM roadmap, capability framework, and continuous improvement strategy.
• Own and standardise end-to-end PLM processes, governance, KPIs, and lifecycle controls across the SUN Division.
• Represent SUN in PLM forums, define system requirements, and ensure integration of PLM systems.
• Establish product data standards, governance, and traceability for BOM management, digital thread, and digital twin initiatives.
• Maintain PLM governance, roles, policies, and controls for compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and capability development to drive PLM maturity.
