Atlas Copco Group seeks a PLM Capability Manager to define and develop PLM capabilities for the Semiconductor SUN Division. You will lead the PLM roadmap, governance, and data standards, ensuring effective integration across enterprise systems and digital twin initiatives.

You will report to the Advanced Engineering Manager in Clevedon, UK, and drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and capability development to mature PLM across global R&D activities with hybrid work options.

• Maintain PLM governance, roles, policies, and controls for compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and capability development to drive PLM maturity.

As a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Capability Manager, your mission is to define, develop, govern, and continuously improve Product Lifecycle Management capabilities across the Semiconductor (SUN) Division, ensuring that processes, systems, data, governance, and digital capabilities effectively support the complete product lifecycle from concept through design, manufacture, service, and end-of-life. Through a combination of strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, process excellence, and digital transformation, you will enable efficient, compliant, scalable, and data-driven product development across the global R&D organisation.

You will report to the Advanced Engineering Manager, based in Clevedon, UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and drive the PLM roadmap, capability framework, and continuous improvement strategy aligned to business objectives and industry best practice.
• Own and standardise end-to-end PLM processes, governance, KPIs, and lifecycle controls across the Semiconductor (SUN) Division.
