Job Description

As a Commissioning Engineer at Marel Meat, you will implement software at customer locations, actively involved in commissioning installations. You will propose solutions to problems, ensure optimal commissioning, and provide installation instructions and training to customers' employees.

This role involves constant contact with the latest developments in mechanical, electrical engineering, and automation fields.

Responsibilities

1. Testing and commissioning installations at customer sites, under supervision.
2. Training operators and technical staff.
3. Assisting with Site Acceptance Tests.
4. Reporting project status and progress to the team and manager.
5. Working on diverse projects nationally and internationally.
6. Staying updated on developments in Electrical Engineering and Automation.

Candidate Profile

• Ownership and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 and/or TIA portal.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel approximately 75% of the time.
