Job summary

Davyhulme Primary School in Manchester is seeking a Playworker for Owls’ Nest wraparound care (breakfast and after school club). Start as soon as possible on a temporary contract with scope to increase hours; 18 hours per week based on experience, term-time only plus inset days.

You will work as part of a caring team, supporting children with quality play activities, following school policies, and ensuring safeguarding. A Level 2 childcare qualification is required, DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant childcare or play work qualification (Level 2) or equivalent.
• Experience in wraparound care is beneficial.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow school policies.
