Job summary

Christ Church School is seeking a playworker to join our after-school club. This term-time role offers 13.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu 15:00–18:00, Fri 15:00–16:30) across 39 weeks per year, with a permanent contract until July 2027. Start date as soon as possible.

Applicants should be organized, reliable, and energetic. The role includes assisting with activity planning and delivery, strong communication with children and adults, and opportunities for professional development.

Salary: NJC Scale 1/2 points 3 to 4 (30,225 - 30,654)

Hours: 13.5 hours a week (Monday to Thursday 15:00 to 18:00, Friday 15:00 to 16:30)

Year Round? 39 weeks per year

Permanent? Until July 2027
