Qualifications

• Mandatory NVQ Level 2 in carpentry, plumbing, or equivalent, plus at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong people management skills and a proactive health and safety mindset.
• Full UK driving licence is required; towing ability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance of parks infrastructure, including play equipment and paths.
• On-site leadership, timekeeping, productivity, and coordination with suppliers and visitors.
• Set timeframes and quality expectations while mentoring the team and ensuring equipment checks.
