Job summary

Shine Wraparound Care invites applicants to join as an apprentice Early Years Educator (Level 3) to inspire young learners aged 3+. You will be supported by experienced staff at Shine Sports Ground, gaining hands-on experience while studying with South Gloucestershire and Stroud College.

The role includes 30 hours per week with regular training, working across multiple settings, and holidays work as part of the Holiday Club.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and stimulate children's learning through play, creativity, and physical activity.
• Ability to provide care, support, and a secure, stimulating environment for children.
• Ability to organise resources for engaging, high-quality care.
• Willingness to liaise with parents/carers and share constructive feedback about Shine sessions.
