Job summary

Challengers is a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of disabled children and young people through the power of play. We are looking for energetic Play and Youth workers to deliver inclusive fun in Kingston, working Saturdays and school holidays, with a Real Living Wage of £14.80 per hour.

This part-time, permanent role offers training, DBS check provided free, a pension and healthcare plan, and a supportive team focused on work-life balance.

We provide inclusive, fun, and safe spaces across the South East where children aged 5–18 can make friends, enjoy new experiences, and develop vital life skills. Rates of pay

We believe in paying our staff fairly for a days work and are proud to be an accredited as a Living Wage Employer, paying all of our staff the Real Living Wage.

We pay Play and Youth workers £14.80 per hour

As a Play or Youth worker, you must commit to working the following depending on available vacancy:

• Every Saturday during term time and School Holidays.
