Challengers in Farnham is seeking energetic Play and Youth workers for part-time, Saturday-only roles during term time and half-term holidays. The charity provides inclusive spaces for disabled children aged 5-18, with a focus on fun, safety, and skill development.

Successful applicants will join a team dedicated to high-quality outcomes for service users and their families. We offer free training, DBS clearance provided, and a pension/health care plan.

Employment: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Rates of pay

We believe in paying our staff fairly for a days work and are proud to be an accredited as a Living Wage Employer, paying all of our staff the Real Living Wage.

We pay Play and Youth workers £13.45 per hour

• Farnham
• Guildford

Hours

As a Play or Youth worker, you must commit to working the following depending on available vacancy:

• Every Saturday during term time and Half Term Holidays
