Job summary

Challengers in Chichester is seeking Play and Youth workers for Saturdays during term-time to join our inclusive, youth-focused charity. This part-time, permanent role offers real Living Wage pay and opportunities for development through free training and DBS checks before start.

You will help deliver safe, fun spaces for children and young people aged 5–18, supporting inclusion and wellbeing in a busy social environment. Application details are provided in the job description.

Employment: Part-time, Permanent | Salary: £13.45 per hour | Location: Chichester | Hours: Every Saturday during term-time

ABOUT US

Challengers is a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of disabled children and young people through the power of play. We provide inclusive, fun, and safe spaces across the South East where children aged 5–18 can make friends, enjoy new experiences, and develop vital life skills. Rates of pay

We believe in paying our staff fairly for a days work and are proud to be an accredited as a Living Wage Employer, paying all of our staff the Real Living Wage.

We pay Play and Youth workers £13.45 per hour

As a Play or Youth worker, you must commit to working the following depending on available vacancy:

• Every Saturday during term-time.
