Disability Challengers in Farnham is looking for energetic Play and Youth Workers for a part-time, permanent position. The role is based on Saturdays during term time and half term holidays, delivering inclusive activities for disabled children and young people.

Disability Challengers pays £13.45 per hour and is a Real Living Wage employer. The package includes free training, a free DBS check, a Nest pension and health care plan; applicants must be 18 or older and willing to undergo safeguarding

Rates of pay

We believe in paying our staff fairly for a days work and are proud to be an accredited as a Living Wage Employer, paying all of our staff the Real Living Wage.

Hours

As a Play or Youth worker, you must commit to working the following depending on available vacancy:

• Every Saturday during term time and Half Term Holidays

• Free Training – We regularly invite all our staff to free training courses including Disability and Inclusion Awareness, Medication Administration, Safeguarding, First Aid, Makaton and more!
