Vantage Data Centers UK Management Company Ltd is seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within Product Operations. You will drive planning, execution, and governance across engineering, delivery, and operations for scalable data centre platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10+ years in technical program management, deep knowledge of data centre systems, and a proven ability to implement readiness gates and structured decision processes in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

6–10+ years in technical program management or equivalent leadership in complex, scaled environments.
Strong cross-functional program delivery with tangible operational impact.
Fluency in data centre systems, power, cooling, telemetry, commissioning, handover.

Responsibilities

Own cross-cutting Product programs end-to-end (definition, planning, execution, rollout, retrospective).
Build and maintain execution plans with milestones, risks, and outcomes.
Operate readiness checklists and go/no-go gates for releases and rollouts.
Identify cross-team dependencies; define interfaces and ownership with clear acceptance criteria.
Run structured retrospectives and capture lessons for product governance.
Improve templates and tooling to increase visibility and decision hygiene.
