The ECA International Group is seeking a Tech Lead to head the Capability squad. You’ll own the back-end services powering a multi-tenant SaaS platform, lead the team, and stay hands-on with coding and reviews.

You’ll shape platform evolution, ensure performance, security and operability, and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Hybrid work is supported, and AI-assisted development is welcomed.

Formación

• You’ll lead a squad focused on multi-tenant back-end services and platform foundations.
• You’ll write, review code and be hands-on while guiding architectural decisions.
• You’ll design for performance, security, observability and operability from the start.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a developers squad while staying close to the code.
• Set technical direction for platform foundations and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and other squad leads to translate requirements into solid designs.
• Provide realistic estimates and unblock delivery when needed.
• Drive testing, including TDD and load testing, and ensure production observability.
