Job summary

The ECA International Group is seeking a Tech Lead to head up our Capability squad, owning the multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform foundations. You will lead developers, set technical direction, and stay hands-on, writing code and solving the toughest problems.

You’ll shape AI-first engineering practices and drive performance, security and observability across services. You’ll work mainly in Node.js/TypeScript on AWS with PostgreSQL, mentoring the team and collaborating with Product and other squad

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, backend bias.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering multi-tenant SaaS.
• Experience with scalable, secure back-end services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a squad of developers while staying hands-on.
• Define technical direction and ensure quality across shipped platform features.
• Design and build scalable, secure back-end services for a multi-tenant architecture.
• Own platform foundations and governance, including AI coding agent integration.
