Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a Platform SME to design reusable CI/CD templates and core platform patterns. You will develop Claude Code skills, subagents, and MCP servers, shaping the standard AI tooling used across client teams.

Work within a hybrid model in the UK, driving secure, scalable platform assets with strong documentation and self-service focus. You will collaborate across teams to evolve infrastructure and automation best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong software and platform engineering skills with production experience.
• Hands-on with agentic CLI tooling and custom skills development.
• Platform-as-a-product mindset focusing on reusable assets.
• Experience with GitLab CI and building templates for others.
• Infrastructure-as-code and container orchestration experience.
• Understanding of AI-native SDLC practices in tooling.
• Experience publishing reusable templates or libraries with docs.
• Security-first engineering with SAST/DAST integration and secret management.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable CI/CD templates and platform patterns.
• Develop Claude Code skills, subagents, and MCP servers for distribution.
• Implement golden path templates for scaffolding, security, and defaults.
• Evolve asset distribution, versioning, and documentation across channels.
• Co-develop shared infrastructure components within governance frameworks.
• Respond to feedback and evolve patterns from real-world usage.
• Create self-service assets with documentation and examples.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in design reviews.
