Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks an experienced Platform SME to design and deliver reusable CI/CD templates, tooling, and AI-native platform capabilities for a central enterprise platform.

You will build Claude Code skills, MCP servers, and agentic tooling while promoting self-service adoption and secure by design assets across client teams. The role requires strong platform engineering and collaboration within governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong software and platform engineering skills with production experience building developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or equivalent agentic CLI tooling) and building subagents, MCP servers, and AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md context files.
• Platform-as-a-product mindset with reusable assets, discoverability, and self-service adoption.
• Deep hands-on experience with GitLab CI and transferable experience from GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Understanding of AI-native SDLC practices and encoding them into platform tooling.
• Experience building/publishing reusable packages or libraries with proper versioning and docs.
• Strong security-focused engineering: SAST/DAST, secret management, and policy-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable CI/CD templates, pipeline components, and infrastructure patterns for the central platform offering.
• Develop Claude Code skills, subagents, and MCP servers distributed to client teams.
• Implement golden path templates including scaffolding, pipeline config, security guardrails, and AI-native defaults.
• Maintain asset delivery, versioning, distribution, compatibility testing, and documentation.
• Co-develop shared infrastructure components with federated platform teams within governance.
• Address feedback from delivery squads, debug integration issues, and evolve patterns.
• Design assets for self-service and write docs to reduce support tickets.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design reviews with the Platform Team Lead.
