Title: Platform Service Engineer
Rate: £450-£550 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months (Initially)
Location: Luton (Hybrid)
iO Associates is partnered with a leading organisation that's investing heavily in growing its internal capabilities to support and evolve their outlet infrastructure - and they're looking for a Platform Services Engineer to join their high-performing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong EPOS, SCCM/InTune, and EUC experience to play a key role in both BAU and major strategic programmes, supporting device management, infrastructure migrations, and end-to-end service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Act as a subject matter expert on outlet infrastructure
Lead engineering efforts on major infrastructure migration projects
Manage the full lifecycle of outlet devices and applications, including build, patching, deployment, and packaging
Own the configuration of systems and compliance against internal security standards
Provide 3rd-line support and manage incident queues in line with SLA
Drive improvements to platform performance, availability, and resilience
